Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions
Don Michele gift vouchers are issued by E33 Hospitality Ltd, trading as Don Michele.
Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase. The expiry date is shown on the voucher.
Vouchers may be used towards food and drink purchased directly from Don Michele. They cannot be exchanged for cash and no cash change will be given.
Any unused balance may be used on a future visit before the voucher expiry date. Where the total bill is greater than the available voucher balance, the remaining amount must be paid using another accepted payment method.
Customers are responsible for providing the correct recipient details. Don Michele cannot accept responsibility for vouchers sent to an incorrect email address supplied by the buyer.
Lost, deleted or stolen vouchers may only be replaced where the original purchase can be verified and the voucher has not already been redeemed. Don Michele reserves the right to refuse vouchers where there is evidence of fraud, alteration, duplication or unauthorised use.
Refund Policy
Requests to cancel an online voucher purchase should be sent to info@donmichele.co.uk as soon as possible.
A refund cannot normally be issued once a voucher has been redeemed in full or in part.
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on the card provider.
Nothing in this policy affects any statutory consumer rights.
Privacy Policy
We collect buyer and recipient information to process payment, create and deliver the voucher, provide customer support and prevent fraud.
Information collected may include names, email addresses, voucher values, personal messages, payment references and redemption records.
Card details are processed securely by Dojo. Don Michele does not store complete card numbers or card security codes.
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for accounting, customer service, fraud prevention and legal obligations. We do not sell personal information.
